Refund Policy

Effective: March 13, 2026

All donations made to the Minong Flowage Association (MFA) are voluntary charitable contributions and are non-refundable. Once a donation is submitted and processed, it becomes the property of the MFA and is applied toward the organization's lake management, conservation, and operational activities.

The MFA is a Wisconsin nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors are encouraged to consult a tax advisor regarding deductibility.

Exceptions. In the case of a duplicate charge, processing error, or unauthorized transaction, the MFA will make reasonable efforts to identify and resolve the issue promptly. To report a suspected error, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction date.

To report a billing error: minongflowage@gmail.com
Please include the transaction date, amount, and a brief description of the issue.

The Minong Flowage Association is committed to protecting the privacy of our members, donors, and website visitors. This policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and with whom we share it.
