Did you know that we are in the “Mecca” of cross-country skiing?

Find trails along the edge of the lake or travel a short distance to many State Parks. Just north of Minong, on Hwy 53, is the Totagatic Ski Trail. Cable, WI with its 40km of world class ski and snowshoe trails is home to the world renowned Birkebeiner Ski Race, North America’s largest cross country ski marathon held in February.
